North East United Soccer Club

Please use this form to register your child for our FREE Spring Soccer Clinic for ages 3-10 years old!

The clinic date is April 27, 2024 from 10 - 11 am at Hazelwood Park in Maplewood, MN on Field 1, the field on the south end of the park, closest to County Road C.

We will be teaching some basic fundamentals as well as having mini games. We are excited to have you join us in Soccer fun!

Please bring your child equipped with:

• Shin guards with socks fully covering them
• Gym shoes or Soccer Cleats
• Water
